We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you have the option to return unused products or file a complaint.

1. Returns (EU customers)

  • You may return unused, undamaged products within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, unless they are defective.

How to return an item:

  1. Contact us at info@syneste.studio within 14 days of delivery to let us know you’d like to return the product.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the correct shipping address.
  3. Pack the item carefully to avoid damage during transport.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

2. Complaints / Defective products

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please let us know immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Steps to file a complaint:

  1. Contact us at info@syneste.studio with your order number and description of the problem.
  2. Include clear photos of the product and packaging to help us assess the issue.
  3. We will review your claim and get back to you with a proposed solution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund.

We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.

3. Refund timeline

  • Once your return or complaint is approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
