We’re drawn to things made slowly.
Things that carry fingerprints, not perfection.
Not everything needs to be flawless.
Not everything should be.
We choose texture over polish.
Hands over machines.

Timeless Forms
Our materials
At Syneste, we work with materials that speak softly yet leave a lasting impression. Layer by layer, hand by hand, we shape pieces that hold the story of their making.
Microcement, wool, stone, and ceramics — chosen not for trends, but for their timeless beauty and enduring quality.

Microcement – The Art of Layers
Microcement is a seamless, modern material with an organic texture that feels smooth to the touch. Applied by hand, layer by layer, it forms a surface that is never repeated, never identical.
Durable, water-resistant, and available in a versatile range of colours, it’s ideal for furniture, walls, floors, and bathrooms.
Care tips:
- Clean regularly with a soft cloth and pH-neutral cleaner
- Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals
- Wipe up spills promptly to prevent staining
- Use coasters under objects to protect surface
Beni Mrirt Rugs – The Quiet Luxury of Wool
Beni Mrirt rugs are handwoven in Morocco’s Middle Atlas from pure, natural wool. Each knot is tied with patience and precision, creating a dense, velvety surface and subtle, timeless patterns.
Quiet and grounding, they bring warmth, texture, and understated luxury to any space.
Care tips:
- Vacuum on low suction — some shedding is normal.
- Trim loose fibres with scissors, never pull.
- Blot spills with cold water and wool-safe soap, no hot water or bleach.
- Rotate every six months, avoid constant direct sun.

Stone – Timeless Craft, Modern Form
Stone is a magical medium — love at first sight, and love for life. We work with travertine, valued for its depth, variation, and enduring beauty.
Each slab is a record of time, shaped by nature and finished by hand.
Care tips:
- Use coasters under objects to protect surface
- Wipe spills immediately to prevent staining.
- Clean with a soft cloth and pH-neutral cleaner.
- Avoid acidic products like vinegar, wine, or citrus.
Ceramics – Small-Scale Craft, Big Presence
Each piece is shaped entirely by hand. Subtle variations are not imperfections but signs of authenticity — a quiet record of the maker’s touch and the calm of mindful craft.
These details transform everyday objects into lasting treasures.
Care tips:
- Designed as sculptural pieces for display or dry arrangements only.
- Do not immerse in water or wash, as moisture can damage the surface.
- Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth when needed.
- Handle with care to protect delicate textures and edges.
