Once we receive your order, we will begin processing it within 1–3 business days. Below are the estimated delivery times from the time the parcel is shipped from our warehouse.

Production time for Kanso collection
All products from the Kanso collection are handcrafted to order.
The production time is approximately 6–7 weeks from the moment we receive your confirmed order.
Once the product is ready, we will contact you to arrange the shipping date and delivery details. Shipping time is in addition to production time.
PACKAGING AND INSURANCE
Due to the fragile nature of our products, we pack every item with the utmost care, and each shipment is fully insured against damage. DHL will contact you prior to delivery and provide up-to-date information about the delivery schedule.
KANSO COLLECTION: For tables from the Kanso collection, the tabletop and legs are always shipped in separate packages to ensure maximum protection during transit.
MITSU COLLECTION: Due to its delicate nature, the Mitsu stone Collection is not available for international shipping.
Important: If you notice any signs of damage to the packaging or the product:
- Do not accept the shipment, or make sure to complete a damage report with the courier,
- Take clear photos of the package, packaging, and visible damage,
- Contact us immediately at info@syneste.studio.
This is the only way to file a claim and secure compensation for you.
