How the Custom Process Works

1. Consultation

We discuss the size you need, the mood of your interior and the overall direction. You can see and feel our wool samples, look at rugs we’ve already made, and explore reference inspirations together.

2. Defining the Design

We explore your preferences together and select the colours and overall pattern direction that feel right for you. From this, we create a clear and simple brief for the artisans who will weave your rug in Morocco.

3. Hand-Weaving in Morocco

Your rug is then woven by artisans in Morocco. The process usually takes 6–8 weeks, depending on the final size and complexity.

4. Quality Check & Preparation

Once the rug is completed, it arrives to us first. We carefully check the weaving, colours and finishing, prepare the rug for final delivery, and only then send it on to you.
