Syneste Studio specializes in the production and sale of unique designer furniture and decorations. Our collection includes tables with mineral coatings, travertine items, and ceramics, all characterized by a minimalist design and raw beauty. We also offer carefully selected vintage pieces that harmonize with our modern designs and create timeless interiors.
 

4. Prices and Currencies

  • Prices on the Czech version of the website are displayed in Czech crowns (CZK) and are excluding VAT (we are not VAT payers).
     

5. Ordering

Orders can be placed via our website, by phone, by e-mail, through our Instagram account @syneste.studio, or using the contact form on our website.
 

6. Shipping and Packaging

  • Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated individually based on the size and weight of the ordered goods and the delivery location.

  • Within Prague, we offer the option of personal pickup at SYNESTE STUDIO, U Studánky 14, Prague 7, or delivery via the Lifago courier service.
     

7. Payment

  • Payments can be made in advance via bank transfer or by credit card at our studio.

  • Once the payment is received, the goods will be dispatched, prepared for shipping, or made available for personal pickup.
     

8. Warranty and Liability for Defects

8.1 Warranty Provision

We provide a warranty in accordance with the law, covering manufacturing defects and material defects that existed at the time of delivery and became apparent within 24 months of purchase.

8.2 Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, mechanical damage caused by the user, or changes in appearance or properties due to improper use or inadequate maintenance.

8.3 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to defects arising from:

  • normal wear and tear of the surface during use,

  • mechanical damage (e.g., scratches, impacts, chipping),

  • exposure to moisture if the table has been subjected to rain, snow, or extreme conditions for extended periods,

  • the use of inappropriate cleaning agents or abrasive sponges.
     

9. Proper Use and Maintenance

9.1 Use

  • The tables are designed primarily for indoor use, or for covered outdoor spaces (e.g., under a pergola or a sheltered terrace).

  • Direct exposure to rain, snow, and prolonged humidity may negatively affect the surface finish and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

9.2 Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Regularly wipe the table with a clean and dry cloth.

  • For heavier soiling, clean with a slightly damp cloth and mild dish soap.

  • Do not use abrasive products, rough sponges, or chemical solvents (e.g., acetone, ammonia, or strong acid- or alkali-based cleaners).

9.3 Surface Protection

  • Do not place hot objects (e.g., pots, candles) directly on the table. Always use protective pads.

  • Immediately wipe up spilled liquids (coffee, wine, fruit juices, oils) to prevent damage to the surface.

  • Avoid direct impacts from sharp or heavy objects, which may damage the lacquered surface.
     

10. Complaints Procedure

10.1 Filing a Complaint

If a manufacturing defect is discovered, the customer has the right to file a complaint. Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@syneste.studio, including a description of the defect, photographs, and proof of purchase.

10.2 Complaint Resolution Period

We will process complaints within 30 days of receipt, unless another agreement is made with the customer.

10.3 Resolution Options

If the complaint is approved, we offer repair, replacement, or a reasonable discount on the purchase price.
 

11. Returns

11.1 Returns of Goods Purchased Online

  • Goods purchased online can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason.

  • Exceptions apply to custom-made products (e.g., made-to-order tables), which cannot be returned once delivered if they meet the agreed specifications.

  • Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A full refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.

11.2 Returns of Goods Purchased in the Physical Store

  • Items purchased directly in our physical store cannot be returned without reason.

  • Customers have the opportunity to inspect the goods thoroughly before purchase.

  • Complaints regarding defective products are accepted under legal conditions.

Our tables are designed with an emphasis on aesthetics and cannot guarantee complete stability. Please do not lean your full weight on the edges to avoid tipping. By confirming this warning, you acknowledge the possible risks and take full responsibility for the proper use of the table.
